Themed on the classic story of Alice in Wonderland, Quaker Barrel Unique Antique & General Store offered the perfect setting to bring the story to life.

Guests are able to step into the pages of the story book, enjoying a cup of tea and bite to eat served up on Alice in Wonderland themed china, while sitting at the Mad Hatter's table or on Alice's couch indoors; or enjoy their treats in The Queen of Hearts Garden outdoors. We offer High Tea by reservation and Devonshire Cream Teas Daily, as well as Baked Delights and Sandwiches. We also carry a large stock of Loose Tea to take home. Don't be surprised to see the Mad Hatter make an appearance, in full costume!

Alice in Wonderland themed china, gifts and collectibles, along with framed prints of various illustrations from this classic tale are available for purchase.

A stroll through The Queen of Hearts Garden will lead guests to the outdoor market at the rear of Quaker Barrel Unique Antique & General Store. This market features crafts made by local artisans, as well as plants and produce from local growers.

So drop in, do some treasure hunting in our antiques show rooms, sit down and take a relaxing break in our tea room or garden, and then browse through the offerings to be found in our outdoor market.

The Mad Hatters Tea Room is now fully open and can also be booked for parties and special events. Please call and ask us about in home tea parties.
